I like learning a little bit of everything, collecting odd bits of knowledge, and combining them into some kind of strange little machine that may or may not do anything useful.
That is mostly what you'll find here. Good ideas, bad ideas, strange mixtures, simple exercises and some broken remains of what means to be alive a very confusing world.
My time was the 80's and 90's programming 8 bit computers synthesizers, music and building recording studios. My interests later expanded to sound design and sound editorial where I created soundscapes for radio and TV commercials. Sound eventually escaped the speakers and started pulling other things into the mess. Graphics, video, motion, code, interactive things.
Programming has become the glue holding everything together. It allows sound to talk to images, machines to talk to other machines, knobs to control things they were never intended to control, and ideas from completely different worlds to accidentally meet.
Now AI has join the toolbox to make some things faster, open a few doors and create an incredible amount of questions. Using it responsibly, learning from it, arguing with it is a discipline that we'll have master in order to stay alive and awake.
